Job Description

Communicate with the Cooks to ensure accuracy and speed in delivering dishes

Provide preliminary information regarding menu

Describe dishes to customers

Check food for accuracy

Replenish Food & Beverages

Bus and clear tables as necessary

Requirements

Must be able to handle a charandola/tray with up to 6 dishes

Must be able to communicate in English

Must be able to carry up to 40lbs

Must be able to travel up and down a flight of stairs

Must be willing to learn the menu
